Meet & Ride Service

  • STAFF will be waiting for you with signs at the arrival exit
  • Demestic flight 30mins/International flight 60mins
  • Cars will be dispatched to designated locations ( 5-7mins )from customers who are able to depart .
  • Agents staff determine no-show ( when the baggage claim area is unoccupied). no-show (cancellation on the day)
  • After dining, shopping, etc., meet up with staff.

  • STAFF will be waiting for you with signs at tIn front of the information desk near the arrivals exit.
  • In case ,group members arrive by several flights we ask them to gather at the latest flight arrival time. Delays and cancellations are your responsibility
  • At the designated time with our staff、After meeting up with the staff, the car will be dispatched
  • If you are unable to meet your driver at the airport upon arrival of your flight, please contact SkyStation via our Live Chat service or the nearest information desk with a phone number (please keep our contact phone number as well, just in case). We will pick you up as soon as possible.
  • If a customer cannot be accepted after more than 30 minutes at the domestic exit/ more than 60 minutes at the international exit, the staff will leave the area. Please note that this will result in a no-show cancellation.
  • If the flight number does not change the car will be dispatched according to the arrival time.
  • If your connecting flight changes, you must notify us direct to us, or through the airline staff.
  • On the day: If the flight is canceled due to weather or equipment problems, the transfer will be charged as canceled on the day. Refunds are not available. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Prior to arrival (the day before):
  • If we are notified of flight cancellations due to bad weather or equipment problems, we will make new arrangements, but please note that during peak periods we may not be able to secure vehicles etc.

Please note that the waiting time from arrival to departure is ※limited.

※Strictly controlled laws governing the limits of drivers' working hours (including standby time) were introduced under Japanese law in April 2024.

Ifyou make the driver wait without any prior notification, we will charge 2000 yen for every 10 minutes. The car will leave airport due to no-show (cancellation on the day) if customers do not appear within 30 minutes after the meeting time.
